It depends on a couple of factors.

First what kinds of pictures is she looking to take? How responsible is she?

For a decent digital camera that doesn’t cost to much and is kind of made for teenagers I would suggest a camera from the Casio Exilim Series. They have multiple cameras that come in a variety cameras and they also have good pixels counts between 8 and 11 megapixels for between 130-180.
You can also find them on sale for cheaper sometimes.

I believe Casio also used to offer a “Youtube” camera that they may still have that was well priced and sold very well when I used to work in an electronics department. Lestat

well i didn’t think snow was a good storage place to begin with but when i got my phone wet i just put it in a bowl of rice for a day and it worked except the screen is still kind of messed up. try rise and if that doesn’t work keep it in there for a few more days. after about 4 days and it still wont work its probably ruined.
