How can I fix a digital camera with a lens error?

My camera fell out of my pullover hoody pocket while i was taking it off and it fell on the side with the lens. This has happened to me before but I fixed it by forcefully pulling the lens out while turning the camera on. I tried the same procedure but it won’t work. Any suggestions please let me know?

Well the falls mixed with you pulling on the lens could easily have ruined the motor that is used to extend and retract the lens. So, most likely you have to get it fixed or buy a new camera. Andre M
