What type of camera does the remote controlled machine gun use?
Yes, the ones that are used in battle. I am curious what type of advanced camera is being used to display the live image of a target on the screen which the user sees to fire the gun.

Specialize multi purpose camera(s)
They need night vision. Heat. Day heat. Black & white ground. And a main normal camera.
Depending on the vehicle. For the AC-130 heavy support gun ship. (as seen in first transformer.) they have 3 lenses. 1 normal. The other two is black and white ground heat. Basically negatives and black and white.
For the A1-A2 Abram tanks mainly heat and night vision as for the main camera is a normal but still called multi purpose. You can view on other side of the tank without having to turn the main gun. Watdatdoo
